We here at Scott Cao Violins strive to provide all of our customers the best instruments and quality service. However, recently it has been bought to our attention that there has been a company selling string instruments trying to take advantage of the Scott Cao branding association. Their advertisement intentionally tries to give out falsified information that they are the supplier of Scott Cao Violins' instruments. They claimed that you get the same quality product at a cheaper price when you directly purchase from them. Their advertisement material might also contain a price comparison of different models of Scott Cao instruments with their "direct workshop price". We would like to clearly indicate that Scott Cao Violins has no association with these types of companies, the sole supplier of our instruments is Cao's instrument manufacture and we have never used any other suppliers for our instruments. We encourage all of our customers to verify the legitimacy of any of these types of solicitation before making purchasing decisions. We would also like to take this opportunity to communicate to all our dealers and customers that during these tough economic periods, when raw materials and cost of manufacturing has gone up considerably, we will make sure that these higher costs will not get passed on to you, we pledge to keep all of our instruments at the same price.
